MIDAQ Consulting gets a new owner

MIDAQ Growth has today acquired MIDAQ Consulting AB from MIDAQ AB. MIDAQ Consulting consists of the companies VALIDI Sverige AB, CloudIQ i Jönköping AB, and Scandinavian Flow AB. VALIDI offers services in finance and business management, accounting, and transaction advisory. CloudIQ specializes in various cloud-based IT services, and Scandinavian Flow provides services in communication strategy, digital media, content, film, and photography.  

• MIDAQ Consulting is a relatively smaller business area within MIDAQ. We, therefore, believe that the companies can develop even further together with MIDAQ Growth, whose main task is to operate businesses with a turnover of 0-50 million SEK, says Stefan Engdahl, CEO of MIDAQ AB.
   
• By becoming a part of MIDAQ Growth, we enter an environment adapted to our size. Our companies within the business area can get more focus and even better conditions to continue growing, says Cecilia Käppi, Business Area Manager for MIDAQ Consulting.
