MIDAQ acquires Marofabriken

MIDAQ Industry has today acquired 100% of the shares in Marofabriken AB from Per and Birgitte Malmberg.  

Marofabriken AB constructs, designs and manufactures specially designed plastic bottles. The company offers the customer a complete process from idea to final product. It has its own range but also manufactures customized bottles. The products are sold on the Nordic market to customers in the cosmetic, chemical-technical and medical industries. In addition, Marofabriken has an agency for perfume oils sold on the Scandinavian market.  

The company has been active since 1961 and has a turnover of approx. 20 MSEK and has seven employees.  

• With MIDAQ Industry as the new owner, conditions are created for the company to grow and develop in the long term together with similar companies in MIDAQ Industry - says CEO Per Malmberg. 
• The Marofabriken adds MIDAQ brands, own products and production expertise. The acquisition also contributes to making us even more complete in blown details. At the same time, it is a strategic step on our growth journey - says Ulf Johansson, business area manager for MIDAQ Industry.
