MIDAQ acquires By Rydéns and Mono Light

MIDAQ AB today acquires, via the MIDAQ Indoor Living business area, 80% of the shares in Light Future AB (By Rydéns and Mono Light) from Håkan Schill, Magnus Wik, Annelie Rydén Wik, and Claes Rydén.

MIDAQ acquires By Rydéns and Mono Light

Since 1958, By Rydéns and Mono Light have been designing, manufacturing, and selling lighting fixtures to retailers, private customers, and the public environment in Sweden and the rest of Europe.

By Rydéns and Mono Light are based in Gnosjö, but also operate through companies in Norway, Germany, Hong Kong, and China. The Group has sales of approx. SEK 120 million and has 37 employees.

The business will continue to be led by CEO Håkan Schill and marketing manager Magnus Wik, who will continue to own 20% of Light Future AB.
