Year-end report 2024
MIDAQ presents its year-end report for January - December 2024 today, based on the terms agreed with bond investors.
MIDAQ acquires Åry Trays & Bending Group
MIDAQ Industry has today acquired 100% of the shares in Jomarast Kapital AB, which includes Åry AB, Åry Home AB, Bending Holding AB, and Bendinggroup AB. Jomarast Kapital AB is sold by Tomas Ragnarsson, Roger Starkenberg and Bengt-Olof Johansson.
Åry AB manufactures and sells molded trays, coasters, placemats, etc., of birch veneer. Sales take place under their own brand, where the companies work with well-known graphic designers and/or customer-specific designs. The products are sold in Scandinavia but also on the international market.
Bending Group is a subcontractor that manufactures furniture in molded wood, solid wood, MDF, and steel/wire from sketch to finished product. The group has been active since 1952, has a turnover of approximately SEK 100 million and 90 employees. Customers are well-known furniture companies in Scandinavia, and the production of furniture and furniture details takes place in own factories in Nybro and Örsjö.
